Ranton Christmas Fayre 2019 |
The annual Ranton Christmas Fayre will be held on the 7th of December starting at 4pm
Santa will be on his sleigh around the village and when he arrives at the village hall the Christmas tree lights will be switched on.
Come and join us for fun games, home made cakes, mulled wine and much more.

Village Cricket Match 2019 |
The annual Ranton Village Cricket Match will take place on the 13th of July 2019 at All Saints School
The match starts at 2pm and there will be a BBQ, Cream Teas, and Raffle.
The last event of the day will be the traditional egg throwing competition.
The Cricket match is for all ages and abilities, you will be able to play even if you have never held a cricket bat before.

Ride With M.E |
Ride with M.E. a charity event in support of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis charity Action for ME.
This family friendly event is on the 12th of May at the Drive Me Site on Clanford Road.
Entry is £5 per person, and there will be lots of entertainment, live music and much more
There is also a bike ride out on the day travelling around the local area.

The next skittles evening will be at Ranton Village Hall on the 11th of May.
Starts at 7pm, ticket price includes a fish and chip supper, bring your own drinks
Tickets cost £7 for adults and £5 for children.

A Fantastic Elton John Tribute in Ranton Village Hall
Featuring a Baby Grand piano and many of the much loved 70s and 80s classic hits.
Saturday 23rd of February, 7pm in the Village Hall.
Tickets are £12, includes a 70's themed buffet, bring your own drinks.

Ranton Christmas Fairs 2018 |
Two Christmas fairs of the price of one, the 8th of December sees both the All Saints School and Village Hall fairs taking place.
The All Saints fair starts at 12pm at the School and the Village Hall fair starts later in the afternoon with Santa visiting at 5pm when the village Christmas Tree lights will be switched on.

All Saints School Summer Fair 2018 |
The All Saints Summer Fair will be held on Saturday the 7th of July 2018.
There will be lots of stalls and entertainment for all the family, come along between 2pm and 4pm.

Model Railway Exhibition |
There will be a model railway exhibition in the Village hall on Saturday 28th of April 2018.
Layouts of different sizes will be shown, all supplied by Stafford Railway Circle.
Learn about the hobby, see the latest advances in model rail.
The will be a cost of £4 for adults, and children under 16 FOC, price will include tea, coffee and biscuits. Proceeds of the sale will be donated to All Saints Church.

Flaky Tarts Live At Ranton Village Hall |
Saturday 20th of January 2018, Ranton Village Hall - Tickets £10.00, including a cheese buffet supper.

The doors open at 7pm for the supper and the show starts at 8.
The Flaky Tarts are: Tony Barrett: Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, raconteur, and Glen Buglass: Bass and guitar player, singer, songwriter.
They hale from Staffordshire and got together through meeting at the vibrant Bookmark Bloxwich theatre. Tony has been on the midlands music scene for many years. Glen has been in rock and acoustic bands in London and the midlands all his life.
The material is self penned. The duo play guitars, mandolin and bass to make their unique sound. They harmonise vocally and their songs are written to make you think. The band plays a range of styles from folk through country to rock, so audiences never know what is coming next! Tony Barrett, the group's front man has the audiences in stitches with his quips and observations.

The annual Christmas Fayre will be held on the 9th of November at the village hall.
Santa will visit the village hall at around 5pm to turn on the Christmas Tree lights.
Come and have a mulled wine, mince pie and maybe do some Christmas shopping with a selection of homemade cakes, preserves and presents for sale.
There will also be a Tombola, Raffle and Christmas Card Lottery.

The annual All Saints School Christmas fair will be held on the 2nd of December 2017, from 2pm to 4pm
Join the school for an afternoon of shopping, games, refreshments and visit Santa.

Regional Voice Theatre |
The Regional Voice Theatre is returning to the village hall on Saturday 18th of November.
There are three tales for the price of one -
"Everyone likes a good ghost story. As part of our touring productions, Regional Voice present three spine tingling tales of the supernatural to make you gather closer together around the fire this winter. Actors will present 'Black Shuck' - a beastly horror set on Cannock Chase, 'The Otherworld Child' - a Black Country folk tale of a changeling child, and 'A Christmas Carol', Charles Dickens' classic tale of Christmas spirit."
Tickets are £7.50 including a few nibbles and are available from Helen Ashford , phone 282398.

Woodland Fun Day |
Come to Ranton Diamond Wood on the Norbury Park Estate for a Family Fun Day!
A day full of outdoor activities for all the family. From Woodland crafts, climbing trees with ropes, wildlife walks and woodland Birds of Prey to name a few!
