 After many, many months of waiting Fibre Broadband is finally here.
Those that want a fast internet connection can order from their preferred supplier as soon as they wish to.
The information on the BT website indicates that houses will be able to get between 67 - 30 Mbps connections but that is dependent on many things such as distance from the cabinet, internal wiring, etc.
Whatever the speed is it will be faster than the current 2.5 Mbps maximum with ADSL.
